A multisensory and multidisciplinary installation, holistic design talk and immersive event
Project: Curated exhibition, immersive event and holistic design talk x Dahl Agenturer
On a mid November evening, we held a fully booked opening night for my exhibition and installation at and in collaboration with Dahl Agenturer.
“Sensory Richness” is a curated installation, showcasing how we can create spaces that speaks to all our senses. We need to create spatial experiences where both brands and people feel reel and alive and can engage on a deeper level.
This is how Dahl Agenturer presented it (freely translated from Swedish):
Entière, with the designer and founder Charlotte Ryberg, moves in with us during late autumn and transform our lounge to a living installation and exhibition, ‘Sensory Richness’ – a kind of ‘behind the scenes’ experience of her explorative studio work Entière Lab. Warmly welcome to us and dive into this experimental, sensorially rich process in colour and materiality.
Throughout the space, material boards were created from the vast material library at Dahl Agenturer, along with unique material- and paint samples from my studio production associated with our Les Objets Collection (objects such as the Sequence Screen, the Elevate Podium, and the Join Bench/Stool/Table were on display as part of the installation).
The starting point for each section of the evolving colour scheme was my own pictures from barefoot walks through the spacious Pine forest, out onto the cliffs with vast views of the open sea. The cliffs are blue-grey, pink and yellow, or covered in green and brown lichen. Not at all just grey, when you pay attention. Fresh flowers in free “Ikebana-inspired” arrangements and collected, loved objects gave life to the curated installation.
During the opening night the visitors were offered snacks and taste experiences linked to, and seemingly almost growing out of, the themes in the colour coded material boards. There were oysters with cucumber and jalapeno, pickled japanese mushrooms, fried rice paper with furikake, and artisan chocolate.
I absolutely love to create holistic experiences and this was truly one integrated, for all senses experience, a real collaboration between me and Linda at Dahl Agenturer, together with skilled food artisans. So much fun!
I also held a holistic design talk on how we can create spatial experiences for all senses, and why it’s fundamental that we do it, how if we work for experiences for the senses in sync can create really engaging designed experiences and interiors. It’s about experiencing, but also about how we create with a more holistic, thoughtful and hands on approach. You can also book this as a talk and/or workshop. It can be connected to a certain project or simply an opportunity too boost your company’s creativity, insights and skills.

Material Board Sensory Richness. Colour scheme, paint finishes and materiality inspired by barefoot walks on cliffs by the Sea. For a year I started every week with the creation of a “Monday Moodboard” as a way of putting together ideas and inspire on how they can be translated in interdisciplinary and multisensory aesthetics.
A work in progress kind of collection of materials, colour samples, photos, paint effect samples, object, stones…

Do you search for something physical, immersive? That’s tactile, that smells good, that’s real? We can create an installation as a workshop complement to the Sensory Richness Talk, to inspire your team, or set up a Sensory Richness installation. Let’s talk!
